Delivery was very prompt and all pieces arrived in perfect condition, no missing parts. It is especially considerate of them to send the hex key necessary for assembly with each piece as well as one extra bolt. Highly recommended.

I have had my sofa now for a couple months and still loving it. I enjoy sitting on it and its not too firm and not too soft. We had a fantastic experience dealing with Alivinghome Customer Service. They made it right when one of the seats arrived with a small scratch. They offer exceptional quality and packaging that is over the top. The massager does a decent job; however, those seating nearby can tell when its on. We love the beautiful tan camel soft leather and stitching! The recliners and head rest are great! The legs are minimalist style and so it makes the room look bigger. Arrived well packed, easy to put together, very comfy and I think very stylish.
This leather reclining sofa is absolutely gorgeous. It's even better in person than in the photos. It feels solid with heavy duty craftsmanship. It's very comfortable to sit in, and has firm but conforming support. The motor is whisper quiet and moves slower than some would expect, but that goes along with the quiet motor. It wasn't too difficult to put together. The 3 packages arrived over the course of 2 days. They are HEAVY boxes and very large - so be prepared for that and have help if you can. I am a 5' 4"female and was able to assemble this sofa myself, very carefully on carpet. Once it's assembled it's very heavy, so be prepared. It hugs the wall perfectly and sits a bit lower than most couches. Overall it changed our living room entirely for the better. It opened up the space, matches our mid century modern home and style, and is so very supportive and comfortable for myself and my aging mom. The best bonus is the console has a flat tray area that suits my 6 pounds Yorkie perfectly!
Great quality! And just perfect for our living room! We wish the back head rest was a little higher but overall quality seems good and like it will last a long time.
The quality and color are better than I expected. The zero wall reclining is nice and the sofa doesn’t take up much space. Can’t wait to finish furnishing the living room.

I was afraid to buy a couch without sitting in it first but took the leap based on reviews. Both my husband and I love this couch, we aren’t tall people and it fits us well. We do put a pillow behind our head while reclining and watching a movie for added head support. Overall I love the modern look and comfort. I wanted something that is stylish and still allows us to recline and relax. I did not want it to look like a typical “recliner” couch.

The reclining massage sofa is very comfortable and it was pretty easy to assemble. I'm a 75 year old woman and I did it myself, though it would have been much easier with two people. I like the look of it and the comfort when reclined. The only reason I gave it a 4 star rating and not a 5 is because the sofa is very deep and doesn't sit well for me. Once reclined, I love it!
