General Return

You can initiate a return within 30 days of receipt whenever you are not satisfied with the item, but you would need to pay for the return or exchange cost if no damage issues are involved. For general return, item(s) must be:

  • In brand-new condition
  • Uninstalled and/or non-assembled
  • Unused, no pieces missing
  • With original tags and original packaging.

Please be aware that the 30 days return policy is based on the delivery time of each individual item shown on the carrier's website instead of the entire order. We would NOT accept if the item(s) are marked delivered greater than 30 days when you initiate the return.

 

Return Charge

  • If you experience any quality issues, our customer service team will assist you with a hassle-free return or exchange.
  • However, for non-defective returns, items must be unused and in original packaging, and return shipping fees apply.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance items.
  • Customized items.
  • Items marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product page.
  • Items without original packaging (including serious damage to the original packaging)

Kindly note that any unauthorized returns will not be eligible for a refund and will be rejected upon delivery to our returns center.

 

How to return the item(s)?

Please email us at support@alivinghome.com with your order ID, return reason, picture(s) or video(s) of the item package(s), and the item if you opened the box.

  • Once received your email, our Customer Service Team will contact you directly within 24-48 hours.
  • In order to process your return, our team may need you to provide photos or videos clearly depicting the issue, which are required for any damaged or defective product.
  • If your order is eligible for return, we will inform you of any issues related to the return process and any potential shipping fees that may arise.
  • Next, we will coordinate with you and our delivery carrier for pickup. 
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 48 hours once we receive your return products. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 20 days to receive your refund.

 

Damaged Products

We strive to ensure that every order arrives safely and securely. However, if your product is damaged upon arrival, please follow these steps:

  1. Report the damage to Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Do not discard the damaged item or its packaging.
  3. Once we confirm the damage, we will work with you to arrange a refund, replacement, or repair as appropriate.

 

Missing Items or Parts

Your order hasn't arrived yet?

  • We ship from multiple warehouses, and some products may arrive in separate packages at different times. If you haven't received your full order, please check your tracking information.

Reporting missing products

  • Contact customer service within 48 hours with your order details and a photo of the items you received. We will arrange for a reshipment or issue a refund as needed.

Missing parts of an item?

If any parts are missing, please verify against the parts list and inspect all boxes before reaching out.

Contact us at support@alivinghome.com with:

  • A copy of your order confirmation
  • A description of the missing parts and their quantities
  • Clear photos or videos of the received items

We will arrange for a replacement or a suitable solution.

 

Warranties

We stand by our furniture with a one-year warranty (excluding recliners) that covers defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the delivery date. If you experience any issues, please contact our team. We will arrange repairs, replacement parts, or, if necessary, a full replacement.

 

Three Seater Recliner Sofa Warranty

The warranty begins from the date of delivery. For residential and non-commercial use, the frame structure, motor, and spring failures are covered under a 5-year warranty. Fabric and foam are covered under a 3-year warranty. AlivingHome offers a limited lifetime warranty, meaning if the above-mentioned parts are damaged within the warranty period, we will provide repair or replacement services free of charge. If the damage occurs beyond the warranty period, you can still enjoy warranty services by covering a minimal cost and shipping fee.

Please note that our warranties are non-transferable, and cannot be extended to re-sold items. Warranties are only valid when products are used for their intended purpose and exhibit normal use.

Defects or damage resulting from the following are not covered by Aliving Home’s warranty:

  • Negligence
  • Misuse
  • Accidents
  • Abnormal use
  • Modifications
  • Commercial purposes
  • Pets
  • Inproper Cleaning
