The swatch was delivered on time and well presented. I am thankful to have it as I'm more likely to buy the couch being able to see and feel the quality and color of the leather.
We were interested in seeing the leather for the couch that caught our eyes. Since requesting the swatch, I have received at least a dozen unsolicited emails from this company even after twice(!) hitting unsubscribe.
If their attitude towards customers is anything like their attitude towards potential customers, I'm glad we chose against buying.
The fabric swatch arrived super quick (in about 3 days). It was super helpful to feel the soft leather and confirm the color so that we can match a chair with similar tones.

I ordered a swatch to check the leather quality and color. The online image appears to be a bit orange, however the swatch confirms it is more cognac colored. I am very pleased with the quality of the leather and the color.
This fabric is nice and matches the room, but we are used to leather. Waiting to order the leather swatch if they ever are restocked. We really want to order this couch--just need to see the leather first!!

Sample was helpful. The couch appeared to be orange in the picture but is more of a camel color. I purchased the couch and I am waiting for the fourth piece.
