When will my order shipped?
We will process your order within 48 hours after payment.
How long will it take to get my orders?
We have set up five warehouses in the central, eastern, and western regions of the United States to ensure timely delivery. For products that are in stock, delivery typically takes 2-4 business days. Over 90% of U.S. regions can receive the products within 3 business days after we ship them.

Do you ship overseas?
No, now we only offer delivery in the U.S. (excluding Alaska,American Samoa,Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam, and Armed Forces Address)

How Can I Cancel Your Orders?

Returns
How Can I Return My Order?
Please email us by support@alivinghome.com with your order number and the reason(s) you wanna return.
● Once receivced your email, our Customer Service Team will contact you directly within 24-48 hours.
● In order to process your return, our team may need you to provide photos or videos clearly depicting the issue, which are required for any damaged or defective product
● If your order is eligible for return, we will inform you of any issues related to the return process and any potential shipping fees that may arise.
● Next, we will coordinate with you and our delivery carrier for pickup. (Some products may need to be returned by yourself. Please follow the guidance provided by our customer service to initiate the return.)
● Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 48 hours once we received your return products. Depending on your financial institution it may take up to 20 days to receive your refund.
What if I Received a Defective Item?
We strive to ensure that every order arrives safely and securely. Despite our thorough quality checks, there are occasional instances where products may arrive damaged.
If your product does not arrive in perfect condition, we recommend reporting the receipt of a damaged product to Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery. Please refrain from discarding the damaged item and its packaging. Once the damaged issue is confirmed, our dedicated Customer Care Team is ready to address the matter and provide guidance on the best solution, which may include options for a refund, replacement, or repair.
