When will my order arrive?
We have established five warehouses in the central, eastern, and western regions of the United States to ensure timely delivery. For in-stock products, delivery typically takes 2-4 business days. More than 90% of U.S. regions receive products within 3 business days of shipment.
Where do you ship?
At the moment, we only offer delivery in the U.S. (excluding Alaska,American Samoa,Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam, and Armed Forces Address)
Can I specify my shipping date?
Yes! You can select your preferred shipping date on the product page before placing your order. Once you place your order, we will arrange the delivery according to the date you’ve specified.
How do I know if you've received my order?
Once you place an order, a confirmation email will be sent to the address you provided. The email will include an order number, which serves as your reference in case you have any inquiries about your order.
How can I track my order?
- You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided (the tracking number will be active within 24 hours). Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays.
- You can click " Track My Order" in the footer to enter the inquiry page, fill in your tracking number or order number to track your order status.
- Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.
- If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us and we will resolve this issue within 48 hours.
How can I return my order?
Please email us by support@alivinghome.com with your order number and the reason(s) you wanna return.
● Once received your email, our Customer Service Team will contact you directly within 24-48 hours.
● In order to process your return, our team may need you to provide photos or videos clearly depicting the issue, which are required for any damaged or defective product
● If your order is eligible for return, we will inform you of any issues related to the return process and any potential shipping fees that may arise.
● Next, we will coordinate with you and our delivery carrier for pickup. (Some products may need to be returned by yourself. Please follow the guidance provided by our customer service to initiate the return.)
● Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 48 hours once we receive your return products. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 20 days to receive your refund.
What if I received a defective item?
We strive to ensure that every order arrives safely and securely. Despite our thorough quality checks, there are occasional instances where products may arrive damaged.
If your product does not arrive in perfect condition, we recommend reporting the receipt of a damaged product to Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery. Please refrain from discarding the damaged item and its packaging. Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
