We have set up five warehouses in the central, eastern, and western regions of the United States to ensure timely delivery. For products that are in stock, delivery typically takes 2-4 business days. Over 90% of U.S. regions can receive the products within 3 business days after we ship them.

So, from the time you order, you should be enjoying your new couch in about 3-6 business days total!

Yes! You can select your preferred shipping date on the product page. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll process it promptly. Please note: Your chosen date indicates when we will dispatch the item. Delivery to your location will take an additional 2-4 business days.

Once an order is placed, it is automatically added to our production queue. Please contact us at support@alivinghome.com if your order has not shipped. We may be able to cancel it and allow you to place a new order with the correct details.

We currently don’t offer battery-powered recliners, but if your outlet is too far or limited, you can use a compatible rechargeable power pack. We're not selling them directly, but you can search for one online using the keywords “power recliner supply”. Make sure the output is 29V 2A, and the plug must match your recliner’s connection port. Once you place an order, a confirmation email will be sent to the address you provided. The email will include an order number, which serves as your reference in case you have any inquiries about your order.

Thanks for asking about our recliner sofas colors! Currently, our zero wall recliner comes in popular options including classic PU top-grain leather in brown and cozy fabric upholstery in gray.

Our sofa recliners come in our signature colors, but custom colors aren't available just yet. We're always working to expand our color selection based on customer preferences - maybe your suggestion could be our next big hit! We offer two high-quality material choices for our reclining couches:

1. Top-Grain Leather - For that luxurious leather recliner feel (super easy to clean too!).
