Yes! You can select your preferred shipping date on the product page before placing your order. Once you place your order, we will arrange the delivery according to the date you've specified.

If your product does not arrive in perfect condition, we recommend reporting the receipt of a damaged product to Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery. Please refrain from discarding the damaged item and its packaging. Once the damaged issue is confirmed, our dedicated Customer Care Team is ready to address the matter and provide guidance on the best solution, which may include options for a refund, replacement, or repair.

● In order to process your return, our team may need you to provide photos or videos clearly depicting the issue, which are required for any damaged or defective product.
● If your order is eligible for return, we will inform you of any issues related to the return process and any potential shipping fees that may arise.
● Next, we will coordinate with you and our delivery carrier for pickup. (Some products may need to be returned by yourself. Please follow the guidance provided by our customer service to initiate the return.)
● Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 48 hours once we receive your return products. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 20 days to receive your refund.
