When will my order arrive?
We have set up five warehouses in the central, eastern, and western regions of the United States to ensure timely delivery. For products that are in stock, delivery typically takes 2-4 business days. Over 90% of U.S. regions can receive the products within 3 business days after we ship them.
Where do you ship?
At the moment, we only offer delivery in the U.S. (excluding Alaska,American Samoa,Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam, and Armed Forces Address)
Can I specify my delivery date?
Yes! You can select your preferred delivery date on the product page. Once you place your order, we will schedule the delivery according to the date you’ve specified.
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
Once an order is placed, it is automatically added to our production queue. Please reach out to us at support@alivinghome.com if your order has not been shipped. We may be able to cancel it and allow you to place a new order with the correct details.
How do I know if you've received my order?
Once you place an order, a confirmation email will be sent to the address you provided. The email will include an order number, which serves as your reference in case you have any inquiries about your order.

You can click " Track My Order" in the footer to enter the inquiry page, fill in your Tracking Number or Order Number to track your order status.
How can I return my order?
Please email us by support@alivinghome.com with your order number and the reason(s) you wanna return.● Once received your email, our Customer Service Team will contact you directly within 24-48 hours.● In order to process your return, our team may need you to provide photos or videos clearly depicting the issue, which are required for any damaged or defective product● If your order is eligible for return, we will inform you of any issues related to the return process and any potential shipping fees that may arise.● Next, we will coordinate with you and our delivery carrier for pickup. (Some products may need to be returned by yourself. Please follow the guidance provided by our customer service to initiate the return.)● Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 48 hours once we receive your return products. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 20 days to receive your refund.
