The chair is very uncomfortable. The back is at an angle when in the upright position. I have to put a pillow behind my shoulder and head area. I am 5’4” and my legs hang over the foot rest. Wish I would have not purchased this recliner.

This recliner is the most uncomfortable recliner I’ve ever sat in. Your feet hang over the edge when extended. Your neck/head has no support The motor is very slow. Very disappointing, especially since I read many positive posts on your website.
Being a disabled USAF veteran thought this zero gravity chair would replace broken 20 year chair but this has been a horrible experience totally uncomfortable for my spinal fusion and just agonizing soreness in my calf’s and lower back…not a true zero gravity chair in comparison to my old chair.
I am short and the seat was much too deep and my head didn't reach near the place it should. The chair would probably be good for someone tall.
There was no neck support and the leg extension was too short. Sold it for a major loss within the week

I like the look of these chairs, but find them to not be as cozy as advertised. The arm rests are too low and there is no comfortable place to rest your neck without a roll pillow behind your neck. Also, half of your legs hang in midair when in reclining position. I wish to return them.

I forgot to say that it sits HARD. It is NOT soft as you would expect A recliner to be. I bought it because I thought it was cute. So sorry for spending good money for it.
I bought this power recliner July 2026 and it sits horribly. It only reclines a little. The head rest is so far back from resting my head that I have to use a PILLOW always. It is the less used chair in the house. I am sorry I bought it. Rurh
